Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 base (OTE target $174,000 uncapped).

What you will do
- Serve as product expert for utility clients, matching needs with technical/service solutions.
- Conduct discovery on business requirements and pain points with prospects.
- Design ROI-driven solutions in collaboration with Product team.
- Architect AI/automation improvements for proposals, contracting, and delivery.
- Facilitate customer feedback to inform product roadmap.
- Collaborate with product/marketing to align market messaging and convey platform value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years in technical sales, enterprise software sales, product management, or related.
- Energy industry experience preferred, especially demand side or DER management.
- Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Comfort with client-facing interactions and periodic travel (~10%).
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- Experience with platform integrations, APIs, data transfers.
- Data fluency with SQL, Python, Cloud BI tools, AI agents.
