Salary: $75,200 - $120,000

What you will do
- Assess pricing health using financial metrics, customer value, and price elasticity.
- Manage the design and implementation of pricing tests and business rules for retail partners.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to track the progress of strategic pricing initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to build best-in-class scalable pricing tools and processes.
- Collaborate with Partner Success and Finance to ensure alignment on pricing strategy execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail or relevant business experience focusing on pricing strategy and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Proven experience delivering high-impact pricing programs and analysis in transformational environments.
- Proficiency in SQL (Postgres and Snowflake) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to influence high-level stakeholders.
- Must be based near Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to support hybrid work.
