What you will do

• Take ownership of improving the understanding of the product, user base, and growth trajectory.
• Partner with PMs and company leadership to inform short, medium, and long-term product strategies.
• Define useful product metrics and establish clear goals for success.
• Provide regular, insightful data updates to the team and across the company.
• Collaborate with engineers to invest in clean logging, ETL, and improved data ergonomics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an analyst or in a similar technical role.
• Solid understanding of product growth concepts, including retention curves and cohort analysis.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and familiarity with BI tools such as Snowflake and Periscope.
• Strong data visualization skills and the ability to clearly convey salient insights.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing and experimentation (design, power calculation, post-hoc analysis).
• Strong product sense and a deep understanding of hirify.global's product and market position.
