What you will do

• Implement and maintain brand guidelines across DACH stores, adapting them to local requirements.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to monitor and improve visual merchandising execution.
• Provide VM training and coaching to store teams in both German and English.
• Manage regional product launches, marketing campaigns, and VM budgets.
• Optimize store layouts and space planning to improve retail efficiency and customer flow.
• Analyze performance data to measure VM impact on sales and inform future strategies.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of brand DNA and the ability to adapt global standards to regional nuances.
• Expertise in layout planning, storytelling through displays, and seasonal transitions.
• Proficiency in planograms and CAD tools such as MockShop or SketchUp.
• Ability to coach store teams and communicate VM strategies clearly.
• Knowledge of local store safety, accessibility, and display standards in the DACH region.
• Must be able to work a hybrid model (min. 3 days in office) and travel frequently within DACH
