What you will do
- Own client relationships with international enterprise brands, acting as a strategic sparring partner and growth driver.
- Develop and lead media and ecommerce strategies focusing on Amazon Advertising and retail media platforms like Walmart, OTTO, and eBay.
- Translate client goals into actionable plans, aligning media, analytics, and operations teams around shared objectives.
- Lead business reviews and communicate strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Oversee campaign management across retail media tools (e.g., Criteo, Mabaya, CitrusAd, Skai) to optimize traffic, sales, and ROI.
- Build strong relationships with retail media partners and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail media, including client strategy management.
- Proven experience working with multi-national brands and leading complex client relationships.
- Hands-on understanding of Amazon Advertising, retail media logic, and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).
- Background in agency leadership or leading central functions on the brand side.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a strategic, commercial mindset.
