What you will do

• Manage the sale and marketing of customer products on marketplaces, specifically using Amazon Seller Central.
• Handle onboarding for new customers, including account setup, content creation, product listing, and fulfillment.
• Drive continuous growth through advertising, promotions, inventory management, and account health monitoring.
• Lead the development and expansion of the new "Managed Service" business line to create added value for customers.
• Manage and guide an interdisciplinary team, serving as the primary internal expert for Amazon-related queries.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in online marketing and ecommerce, with a strong focus on Amazon Seller Central.
• Proven expertise gained in an agency, on the brand side, or through building a successful independent business.
• Operational mindset with a willingness to implement tasks hands-on and break new ground.
• High level of commitment, initiative, and a customer-oriented approach to project management.
• Fluency in German and English for communication with customers in Germany, Europe, and North America.
• Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany.
