Salary: $80,500 – $110,725

What you will do
- Bid and secure modernization contracts while developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with architects, general contractors, consultants, and building owners during the pre-bidding phase.
- Conduct onsite surveys and create quoting and bidding packages based on architectural blueprints.
- Develop capital plans to address the short- and long-term building needs of customers.
- Collaborate with operations and legal teams to negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW).
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional colleagues.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in the Boston/Westwood, MA area to conduct surveys and visit project sites.
Nice to have
- Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
