TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Identifying and engaging potential stakeholders for pre-funnel activities in the US with an accent on lead qualification and business relationship development. Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid work model available for candidates in the Chicagoland area (Rosemont, IL office).

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

  • Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to establish viable opportunities.
  • Qualify and score leads based on need, timing, and investment plans using MEDICC criteria.
  • Map key stakeholders within prospective customer accounts.
  • Design and implement lead generation strategies using Salesforce.com.
  • Schedule and hand off sales-qualified opportunities to sales representatives for discovery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach processes and improve lead quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce.com).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • English fluency to business standard is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort with phone-based interaction.
