Senior Controller (Finance)

TL;DR

Senior Controller (SAP CO): Managing and optimizing controlling processes and participating in S/4 HANA implementation with an accent on process standardization and inventory valuation. Focus on coordinating Month-End Closing activities, handling technical errors in Group Reporting, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for CO processes.

Location: Hybrid (Nowy Tomyśl / Poznań, Poland)

Salary: 10,000 - 16,000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Participate in Controlling projects, including S/4 HANA and Master Data Governance implementation.
• Define test scenarios, execute tests, and document processes during testing phases.
• Standardize and harmonize CO processes in collaboration with IT and business teams.
• Support Month-End Closing activities and Group Reporting, specifically handling inventory valuation.
• Act as a Process Expert / Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the CO area.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Controlling within a GBS/SSC environment.
• Advanced SAP CO knowledge, preferably in a Key User or SAP CO Consultant role.
• Higher education degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
• Availability for occasional business trips.

Nice to have

• Experience with other SAP modules: FI, AA, PP, SD, PS, and MM.
• Experience in project management or a Supervisor role.
• Additional foreign language skills (German, Spanish, French).
