Senior Controller RPC CO (SAP CO)

Location: Hybrid, Nowy Tomyśl or Poznań, Poland

Salary: 13,000–16,000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Participate in controlling projects, including S/4HANA implementations and GBS service rollouts.
• Define test plans, conduct tests, and document results during S/4HANA user acceptance testing.
• Standardize and harmonize CO processes in cooperation with IT and business teams.
• Support month-end closing activities, including inventory valuation.
• Support group reporting and resolve process and technical errors.
• Collaborate with international teams and travel occasionally for business.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling.
• Professional experience in a GBS or SSC environment.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP CO, preferably including interfaces with other modules.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Higher education in controlling, finance, accounting, business, IT, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency at B2 level or above, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP FI, PP, SD, PS, and MM modules.
• Experience with complex projects such as S/4HANA implementations.
• Previous supervisor or lead experience.
• German, Spanish, or French language skills.
