TL;DR
Senior Business Performance Analyst (FP&A/Manufacturing): Leading FP&A activities for the Advanced Materials division across the EMEAI region with an accent on forecasting, financial controlling, and translating business initiatives into P&L, working capital, and cash flow impact. Focus on investigating performance variances, strengthening inventory and cash insight, and resolving operational financial challenges across regional non-manufacturing entities.

What you will do
- Lead the monthly FP&A cycle, including actual-versus-forecast analysis, variance investigation, and business-driver commentary.
- Own budgeting and forecasting for regional non-manufacturing entities, including headcount, people costs, and non-people costs.
- Act as financial controller for regional entities and review accounting outputs for accuracy and alignment with business performance.
- Prepare financial materials, management commentary, and insights for leadership decision-making.
- Translate business initiatives and organizational changes into P&L, working capital, cash flow, forecast, and accounting impacts.
- Support SOX compliance, internal controls, audits, working capital, cash performance, and inventory reporting improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of FP&A, controlling, audit, or consulting experience in a manufacturing B2B environment.
- Strong FP&A and accounting expertise, including financial-result assessment, variance analysis, and financial-data review.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and providing financial guidance for business decisions.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.

- Experience with SAP, TM1/IBM, or Power BI.
