Transfer Pricing Analyst

Location: Hybrid work in Lodz, Poland, at the Monopolis complex.

Salary: PLN 129,000–215,000 per year, plus a performance-related 12% annual bonus and language bonuses.

What you will do

• Resolve daily requests for missing or incorrect transfer prices.
• Support quarterly and annual transfer pricing processes, including service fee calculations.
• Monitor critical issues and escalate potential transfer pricing concerns.
• Provide accurate data inputs and operational support for Transfer Pricing Documentation.
• Support transfer pricing policies, internal controls, process documentation, and end-user training.
• Provide backup support for other team members.

Requirements

• College degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in operational transfer pricing.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and Excel.
• Reliability, accountability, clear communication, problem-solving ability, and process orientation.
• Fluent English required.

• Project management background.
• German and/or Spanish at B1 level.
