FP&A Analyst - Global ARR (SaaS)

What you will do

• Support the monthly Global ARR reporting process and analyze the drivers of ARR growth and decline.
• Produce ARR bridges and movement analysis by region, segment, product, customer cohort, and business unit.
• Develop insights and recommendations on commercial trends, risks, opportunities, retention, churn, cloud migration, and customer performance.
• Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and validate reporting outputs.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Global ARR Power BI dashboards, visualizations, KPI reports, DAX measures, calculated fields, and data models.
• Collaborate with Finance Systems, Revenue Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to improve reporting processes and automation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, revenue operations, data analytics, or business intelligence.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying actionable insights.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Understanding of SaaS, subscription, software, or technology business models is preferred.
• Persistent approach to operational challenges and the ability to understand, navigate, and communicate internal processes effectively.
• Previous experience in a multinational technology company is an advantage.
