Business Controller (Gaming)

What you will do

• Own the integrity, quality, and performance of the Gaming business balance sheet.
• Oversee balance sheet movements, risks, receivables collections, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Lead month-end close review, financial commentary, variance analysis, and business sign-off.
• Apply financial judgement across accruals, provisions, revenue recognition, and complex transactions.
• Partner with finance and business leaders to translate financial outcomes into risks, opportunities, and performance insights.
• Lead accountants and drive improvements in reporting, automation, working capital, forecast accuracy, and ERP implementation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in controllership, finance business partnering, or senior accounting within a multinational organisation.
• Strong expertise in balance sheet management, financial accounting, governance, IFRS, and financial reporting.
• Experience with centralised or shared service finance models and complex financial environments.
• Experience with ERP and close/reporting platforms such as Sage, Microsoft Dynamics 365, BlackLine, or IBM Planning Analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent required.

• Experience implementing ERP systems.
• Experience automating finance processes with AI tools.
