Junior Financial Controller

What you will do

• Support financial supervision of selected foreign subsidiaries and maintain contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices.
• Prepare financial data for consolidation, reporting, management analysis, and forecasts.
• Gather and verify reporting data from specific sources.
• Support monitoring of accounts receivable, credit risk, cash flow forecasting, and payment management.
• Document controlling processes and financial procedures within the Capital Group.
• Cooperate with the central finance team and business departments while improving financial processes and handling ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or audit.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, with a good understanding of financial reporting principles.
• Working knowledge of office applications, especially Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent English; proactive approach, teamwork, eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of IFRS.
• Basic knowledge of tax law.
• Experience in a shared service organization or multinational group structure.
