Junior Financial Controller (Finance)

What you will do

• Support the monthly closing and financial reporting process.
• Analyse financial results and key variances.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Cooperate with Finance and business teams to maintain data quality and consistency.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations.
• Support improvements and automation of controlling processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, controlling, or financial analysis.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• English at B2 level or above.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in controlling, FP&A, or business finance.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems.
