Salary: $100,000-125,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute social media strategies for Canadian promoter and venue profiles.
- Create content plans tailored to various genres, artists, markets, and venue properties.
- Manage high-volume posting across several channels, ensuring all required approvals are met.
- Lead and provide professional guidance and operational management to the social media team.
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership to achieve departmental goals and promote a team environment.
- Present regular social media reporting to leadership with data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Snap, and TikTok.
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team.
- Must be based in Toronto, ON for a 10-6 in-office role.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, Sprout, and Canva.
- Strong copywriting and analytical skills for creating impactful reporting and insights.
