What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Canadian promoter and venue profiles.
• Create content plans tailored to various genres, artists, markets, and venue properties.
• Manage high-volume posting across several channels, ensuring all required approvals are met.
• Lead and provide professional guidance and operational management to the social media team.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to achieve departmental goals and promote a team environment.
• Present regular social media reporting to leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Snap, and TikTok.
• 3-5 years of experience leading a team.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON for a 10-6 in-office role.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, Sprout, and Canva.
• Strong copywriting and analytical skills for creating impactful reporting and insights.
