What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and execute flagship conferences and large-scale events for 2K–5K+ attendees.
• Translate abstract blockchain and agentic economy narratives into tangible, memorable attendee experiences.
• Create detailed production plans, run-of-shows, and integrated master timelines.
• Produce sponsor activations and product experience moments.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with production agencies, AV vendors, and creative partners.
• Oversee event budgets and lead onsite operations during live events.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in experiential or events marketing.
• Proven track record of producing large-scale corporate events and conferences (3,000+ attendees).
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, distributed global environment.
• Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours during event cycles.
