Salary: $60,000-$65,000 CAD

What you will do
- Own end-to-end CRM strategy for Canadian market, driving engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns across sportsbook and casino
- Develop personalised automated customer journeys to boost experience and lifetime value
- Create innovative promotions to drive conversion and revenue
- Monitor bonus spend and build reporting frameworks for campaign performance
- Analyse KPIs and data with BI teams for insights and targeting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance engagement and revenue streams
- Stay ahead of trends, regulations, and ensure compliance with Responsible Gaming
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in CRM within online gaming (sportsbook and casino)
- Strong experience in customer lifecycle, retention, loyalty strategies
- Proven track record of high-performing CRM campaigns driving revenue
- Hands-on with CRM tools like Optimove, Salesforce (Optimove preferred)
- Analytical mindset for data interpretation and campaign optimisation
- Deep knowledge of customer segmentation, personalisation, automation
- Knowledge of Canadian gambling regulations and market dynamics
- Passion for sports and understanding of fan behaviour
- Excellent communication, detail-oriented, commercially driven
