What you will do

  • Position hirify.global as a market leader by building strategic relationships with brokers, consultants, and key partners.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to activate and expand broker-driven sales opportunities through meetings and events.
  • Develop targeted territory and engagement plans to convert relationships into meaningful pipeline growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during priority pursuits to remove consultant-related barriers in complex sales.
  • Represent the company and partners at industry conferences and broker meetings to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a channel, broker, or go-to-market leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of the TPA and health plan market.
  • Strong familiarity with CDH benefits and financial or payment solutions technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
