What you will do

• Establish partnerships with trade schools, community colleges, and universities to integrate hirify.global into curricula.
• Develop curriculum-ready materials such as lesson plans, case studies, and lab exercises.
• Build a library of tutorials, quick-start guides, and sandbox environments for instructors.
• Enable revenue teams to communicate the value of the educational program to industry partners.
• Track and surface success stories and impact metrics for PR and brand awareness.
• Iterate and scale the program based on feedback from educators and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in partnership development or account management, ideally in EdTech or B2B tech.
• Experience creating training content, curriculum materials, or instructional resources.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences, from students to executives.
• Experience managing partner data in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Must be based in the United States.
