Workplace Mental Health Consultant (Medtech): Providing individual therapy and management consultations for employees of a global technology company with an accent on workplace effectiveness and wellbeing. Focus on delivering evidence-based short-term therapy, critical incident response, and organizational mental health training.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Westminster, CO (onsite Monday-Thursday, virtual on Fridays). Some travel to other customer locations (5-10%) is expected.

What you will do

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based, short-term, solution-focused approaches.
• Offer management consultations to leaders to address employee wellbeing and performance concerns.
• Coordinate and deliver critical incident response, including stabilization, triage, and safety planning.
• Conduct tailored trainings, workshops, and benefit promotion events to increase engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with HR partners and stakeholders to execute organization-specific action plans.
• Identify workplace trends through data and interactions to recommend targeted interventions.

Requirements

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Colorado (e.g., Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, with at least 1 year of independent practice.
• Experience in management consultation, critical incident response, and delivering workplace trainings.
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities and short-term, solution-focused therapy.
• Ability to provide safety planning and intervention for high-risk individuals.
• Comfort with technology and telehealth platforms.

Nice to have
