Salary: $176,384 - $220,480

What you will do

• Define overall Supply Chain vision, strategies, policies, and objectives in conjunction with multiple functions.
• Develop total cost of ownership model and oversee Supply Chain function to attain goals.
• Ensure effective communication, strong supplier-engineering relationships, and strategic alignment with business partners.
• Direct simplification, standardization, and process improvements across Supply Chain.
• Develop staff competencies and provide hiring, promotion, evaluation, and feedback for direct reports.

Requirements

• U.S. nationality; eligible for security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 10+ years related experience, or Associate Degree and 5+ years in leadership role.
• Advanced Degree preferred; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
