Location: Santa Clara, CA or San Diego, CA (onsite). May require eligibility for U.S. export-controlled technology access (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or protected individuals preferred).

Salary: $160,200 - $240,000 per annum

What you will do

• Define sourcing methods, supplier selection, and negotiation plans to meet technology, capacity, and cost targets.
• Manage a team of sourcing managers, commodity managers, and buyers to support product ramps and growth.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Foundry Engineering, Product Engineering, Finance, and Business Units.
• Lead cross-functional cost reviews, report on sourcing costs, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Develop high-performing team skills and executive-level supplier relationships.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Engineering, Science, or Finance with 10-15 years of related experience.
• 5+ years in Foundry and/or OSAT Procurement as Manager or higher.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing supply chain, cost structures, and supplier ecosystem.
• Experience with sourcing, negotiations, should-cost methods, and supplier selection.
• Strong managerial, problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse global teams and drive innovation.
