What you will do
- Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and distributors within the territory.
- Ensure aliment of company goals with partner business plans, focusing on growth and enablement.
- Create and drive regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Oversee demand generation and pipeline growth through joint marketing campais and sales initiatives.
- Educate and certify channel partners on the product portfolio, value proposition, and industry trends.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive landscape insights within the audio and video space.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience working for a vendor or partner in audio, video, or related technology industries.
- Proven track record in channel sales and promoting revenue growth.
- Comprehensive understanding of DACH regional market dynamics and partner ecosystems.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time within the DACH region.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
