What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned sales portfolio for all business-related matters.
• Proactively manage merchant accounts and defend them against competitor poaching.
• Acquire new merchants and recover existing ones to meet budgeted targets and action plans.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs, including Refund Ratio and Hit Rate.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Key Account departments to align on promotions and campaigns.
• Document all merchant-specific information and activities within the CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or relevant customer relationship roles.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to build trust-based personal relationships.
• Problem-solving attitude with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office products.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Düsseldorf, Germany.
