Key Account Manager (DSO): Building and maintaining relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and reseller partners in DACH region with an accent on consultative selling, sales strategy development, and business growth. Focus on identifying opportunities, implementing action plans, ensuring product adoption, and achieving sales KPIs through stakeholder collaboration and market expansion.

Location: Fully remote in DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with regular presence required in Düsseldorf office and up to 70% travel (national, occasional international to Denmark)

What you will do

  • Identify sales opportunities with DSOs, resellers, group practices, and other dental entities in DACH.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and consultative selling approaches focused on ROI, implementation, and adoption.
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships with partners and end-customers to drive cross-selling and growth.
  • Collaborate on IT integrations, training, and marketing to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Maintain CRM data, generate reports, and align with DACH team and global stakeholders.
  • Represent hirify.global at events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in dental industry sales for dealer/manufacturer, with proven success in dental equipment/technology
  • Minimum 3 years working with DSOs, strong networks in dealer/customer segments in DACH
  • Established reseller relationships and understanding of dental clinical workflows
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience in consultative, relationship-oriented sales
  • Based in DACH; willingness for regular office presence in Düsseldorf and up to 70% travel

  • Experience with intraoral/lab scanners and software
