What you will do

• Grow new business sales and partner with renewals team to upsell and expand shrinking accounts.
• Employ consultative sales to position security solutions and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with technical pre-sales and PS teams to develop solutions and conduct workshops.
• Engage at multiple levels including board level, develop account strategies and opportunity plans.
• Build relationships with channel and service partners for strategic agreements.
• Manage CRM tool, provide accurate forecasting, and stay updated on security market trends.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German
• Experience in security market, cloud migrations, and digital transformations.
• Proven track record in matrixed organizations, rebuilding distressed accounts, and achieving pipeline goals.
• MEDDPICC or MEDDIC training advantageous.
• Ability to transform stale accounts into high-performing ones with new business and renewal growth.
