What you will do

• Build, launch, and iterate on CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) utilizing Braze.
• Audit consumer journeys to identify engagement gaps and optimize messaging opportunities.
• Develop segmentation strategies and execute A/B tests to improve activation and retention.
• Write SQL queries and maintain performance dashboards for KPIs including DAU, ARPDAU, and LTV.
• Identify and implement AI tools and automation to scale marketing workflows and content generation.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to align on tooling and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools, agents, and automation in a professional setting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Braze preferred) and consumer marketing operations.
• Background in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ML, NLP, and transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, etc.).
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG patterns.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Golang.
