What you will do

• Manage customer data activation to develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan across marketing channels, focusing on email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver outstanding customer experience using best practices.
• Support defining customer lifecycle, contact strategies across touch-points, and key client segments for targeting and effectiveness.
• Ensure campaigns have defined success metrics, track and analyze them; own weekly/monthly reporting and ad-hoc deep dives.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Digital Marketing and CRM in mobile/web environments
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc.)
• Proficient in HTML
• Good copywriting skills
• Ability to develop & optimize CRM flows to drive revenue; leverage behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, demographic data for insights
• Commercially savvy, analytical, data-driven; experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
• Fluent English communication
• Organized, responsible, proactive; able to prioritize, handle high pace, and potentiate teamwork
