What you will do

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and business leaders to structure and negotiate complex commercial SaaS and vendor agreements.
  • Provide commercially aligned legal guidance to support revenue growth while mitigating risk.
  • Advise on corporate legal rights, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support M&A activities, corporate transactions, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Review and optimize standard contract templates and playbooks to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure legal documentation aligns with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate transactions and business law (AmLaw 200 experience preferred).
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to a state bar.
  • Proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex technology and SaaS contracts.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and business law principles.
  • Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
