What you will do

• Lead cross-system data analysis across CRM, billing, ERP, and operational platforms to unify enterprise reporting.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies through structured reconciliation processes.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Architecture to define scalable data models supporting O2C and revenue reporting.
• Design executive dashboards integrating bookings, backlog, billings, ARR/MRR, deferred revenue, and churn metrics.
• Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance analysis to drive revenue growth.
• Establish governance standards for metric definitions and reporting consistency across business units.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise business analysis, revenue analytics, or corporate reporting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting bookings-to-revenue reporting and financial reconciliation.
• Strong background working across CRM, ERP, and billing systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and modern BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
