TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end Sales GTM reporting framework, including pipeline health, bookings performance, and quota attainment.
  • Produce weekly GTM reports and analytical commentary for Sales and C-suite leadership.
  • Build pipeline creation models to translate bookings targets into actionable regional and segment requirements.
  • Manage product and team target mapping, translating geo-level planning into team-level allocations.
  • Serve as the analytical partner for Salesforce (SFDC) data quality, resolving structural issues affecting reporting accuracy.
  • Act as the primary analytical liaison between GTM Analytics, Sales leadership, and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, with significant exposure to Sales, Revenue Operations, or GTM analytics in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced SQL skills across multi-object schemas.
  • Strong experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and deep knowledge of Salesforce object structure and data quality patterns.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Clari or equivalent revenue forecasting platforms.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for modeling and automation.
  • Experience covering multiple GTM functions, such as Sales, Marketing, or Renewals.
