What you will do

• Elicit and document business requirements via stakeholder workshops and interviews, creating functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlog creation, grooming, and requirements traceability.
• Analyze and document current and future-state business processes to identify gaps and technology-driven improvement opportunities.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to preserve process standards throughout delivery.
• Support solution design, SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and analyze business KPIs to assess solution performance.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, including functional requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models, specifically with SIT and UAT cycles.
• Ability to document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as ERP or CRM.

Nice to have

• Agile/Scrum, CBAP, or PMI-PBA certifications.
• Experience collaborating with global or multi-regional teams.
