Location: Preferred Columbus, GA or Atlanta, GA; open to Remote (US)

What you will do

  • Execute standardized onboarding engagements following defined frameworks and timelines.
  • Guide customers through software setup, configuration, and orientation to ensure adoption.
  • Deliver tailored training and enablement resources based on customer maturity.
  • Track progress against milestones and maintain detailed onboarding documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Support for smooth handoffs.
  • Leverage AI tools and data dashboards to monitor health and improve onboarding efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer enablement.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, facilitation, and training skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work within structured delivery frameworks and PMO governance.
  • Must be based in the US (Preferred: Georgia)
