What you will do

  • Lead onboarding sessions including trial kickoffs, demos, and tailored training for hirify.global's products.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, track milestones, and ensure smooth handoff from sales to customer success.
  • Deliver training to drive user adoption, activate users in the portal, and provide follow-up support.
  • Coordinate with sales, customer success, product, legal, and engineering teams to address feedback and issues.
  • Engage decision-makers on success metrics, lead reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and optimize workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in SaaS or legaltech, preferably in customer onboarding, implementation, or success roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end onboarding for enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record driving adoption and trial-to-subscription conversions
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High technical aptitude with SaaS and legaltech; willingness to travel up to 50%
