What you will do

• Manage internal support channels and Salesforce case queues to resolve Sales team queries.
• Maintain and organize knowledge systems like Guru to ensure all content is accurate and up to date.
• Create enablement resources, including Salesloft playlists, internal guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate onboarding programs, including kickoff coordination, learning paths, and survey tracking.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of product, partner, and process training programs.
• Administer access and management across tools such as hirify.global University, Articulate, and Slack.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales Enablement, Operations, or Customer Support roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple workflows effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be based in North America.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesloft, Guru, AI tools, or LMS platforms.
• Experience working in SaaS or a high-growth environment.
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Experience supporting onboarding or training programs.
