TL;DR
Onboarding Consultant (SaaS): Leading the onboarding, configuration, and activation of SaaS solutions for new customers with an accent on adoption, early value realization, and long-term customer success. Focus on configuring applications based on customer requirements, delivering end-user training, and leveraging AI tools to improve delivery efficiency.
Location: Hybrid - Austin, TX (2-3 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Lead customer onboarding engagements in alignment with defined delivery frameworks, timelines, and scope.
- Configure SaaS applications based on documented customer requirements and best practices.
- Guide customers through setup, validation, and go-live readiness activities.
- Deliver end-user and administrator training to support successful product adoption.
- Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and track progress against milestones and success criteria.
- Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to monitor onboarding health and improve delivery quality.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience delivering SaaS onboarding or implementation engagements.
- Must be based in or able to work in Austin, TX (Hybrid).
- Strong customer-facing communication, facilitation, and training skills.
- Technical aptitude for system configuration and solution setup.
- Ability to document requirements, configurations, and processes clearly and accurately.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
