Onboarding Specialist

TL;DR

Onboarding Specialist (Implementation): Training and managing the implementation of restaurant partners onto the hirify.global platform with an accent on product configuration and partner stewardship. Focus on coordinating launch cycles, managing project queues, and optimizing the onboarding experience.

Location: In-person in Austin, Texas

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Coordinate the onboarding and training of Restaurant Partners to the hirify.global platform.
• Manage a personal queue of new projects, location requests, and maintenance tasks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the implementation of partner products and services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to refine the partner experience.
• Build strong relationships with external partners to improve the implementation process for users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with team collaboration and presentation tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Asana, and Keynote.
• Experience with project management, account portfolio planning, and prioritization.
• Must be based in and work in-person at the physical office in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience working with restaurants or food-related entities/clients.
• Experience working in a training or operational capacity.
