What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to close, owning quota attainment and pipeline management using MEDDPICC and tools like Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Demandbase.
  • Deliver consultative selling by translating customer priorities into hirify.global's business value, focusing on outcomes rather than features.
  • Build and influence executive relationships at CxO, security, procurement, and technical levels to foster trust and expansion.
  • Orchestrate sales teams, solution specialists, and ecosystem partners including channels, GSIs, and hyperscalers for joint growth.
  • Develop territory strategies, account plans, identify whitespace, and drive negotiations and forecasting accuracy.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools for insights, personalized outreach, and staying ahead of cybersecurity trends.

Requirements

  • Germany-based or eligible to work in Germany; proven track record closing complex enterprise deals in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Domain expertise in identity security, PAM, IAM, Zero Trust, and compliance-driven selling.
  • Experience with channel partners, cloud providers, GSIs; skilled in MEDDPICC and sales tools (Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Demandbase).
  • Strong executive presence, influencing skills, commercial acumen, and ability to uncover pain points.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset with new logo growth and account expansion experience.
