What you will do

• Maintain and operate audio, video, and lighting equipment in production studios.
• Set up and break down AV for private events and large-scale brand partnerships.
• Ensure technology systems are operational and minimize downtime for members and staff.
• Clean and reset studios between bookings to keep spaces tour-ready.
• Assist in training and onboarding new hires and team members.
• Resolve technical issues for members and guests with a hospitality-first approach.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on AV equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in audio-visual technology, preferably in events, podcast, film/TV, or theater.
• Solid understanding of audio systems, consoles, lighting, projectors, and related software (or willingness to learn).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in creative environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 55 lbs and work on ladders or elevated platforms.
