What you will do

• Lead on-site operations and serve as the primary point of contact for service fulfillment and customer issues.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex AV systems in corporate environments.
• Coordinate and deliver "white glove" service for executive meetings and Town Halls.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules, including room cleanings, spot checks, and operational readiness audits.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement technology solutions and handle software/firmware updates.
• Lead and train small on-site teams while tracking activities and utilization metrics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI, USA.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level AV support.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio for reading rack layouts and cabling diagrams.
• Strong competencies in QSC and Crestron control systems and Cisco video conferencing products.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined or high spaces.
• Must pass a background screen and drug test.

Nice to have

• AVIXA CTS-I or CTS certifications.
• Manufacturer certifications (QSC, Barco, Cisco, Crestron, Logitech).
• Experience with Dante Audio, Shure, Ross, or Tripleplay.
• Light Design Engineer knowledge.
