What you will do

• Provide daily on-site operational support for classroom AV systems, hardware, software, and video tele-training (VTT) systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMCS) and troubleshoot hardware failures, signal flow, and connectivity issues.
• Manage AV inventory and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) using ticketing systems like AESMP and VIAMS.
• Set up, configure, and operate AV equipment for ceremonies, conferences, and special events.
• Coordinate site surveys and validate requirements for power and layout for AV installations.
• Provide training and briefings to users on instructional technologies and AV systems.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting audiovisual systems in enterprise, classroom, or event environments.
• Active Secret Clearance (Required).
• Security+ (IAT II) certification required.
• Experience with VTC/VTT, signal flow, wiring diagrams, and CAT6 cabling.
• Associate’s degree in AV Technology, IT, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Ability to lift, move, and transport heavy AV equipment.
