What you will do

  • Build, lead, and develop a team of Sales Representatives focused on high-activity outbound new customer acquisition.
  • Drive performance through consistent prospect engagement via phone outreach and email sequencing.
  • Establish scalable sales processes, cadences, and best practices for the growing outbound engine.
  • Develop strategies to acquire customers, grow MRR, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics like conversion rates, pipeline health, and funnel performance to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on messaging, enablement, and co-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experienced sales leader with proven track record in SaaS, PaaS, or tech sales; hosting industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Success leading outbound acquisition efforts, exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of high-volume prospecting, coaching on live conversations and outreach strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build teams from the ground up, including hiring and scaling.
  • Proven skills in creating and refining sales processes for efficiency and repeatability.
  • Strong operational skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
