What you will do

• Define and evolve paid search strategy across diverse client portfolios and verticals.
• Oversee team performance to ensure goals are consistently met or exceeded.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Managers, Sr. Managers, and Directors.
• Drive innovation by adapting to industry trends like automation, AI, and signal loss.
• Act as a senior strategic partner to key client stakeholders to influence long-term marketing investment.
• Build scalable frameworks to solve complex performance challenges and drive agency growth.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in paid search or performance marketing.
• Proven agency experience.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and modern search tactics.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple accounts.
• Ability to navigate industry shifts including automation and privacy changes.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to internal P&L management.
• Deep knowledge in Social, Organic, or Programmatic marketing.
• Experience with third-party attribution or incrementality tools.
