What you will do
- Supervise floor operations to ensure the team achieves hourly, daily, weekly, and yearly sales targets.
- Mentor and develop Business Development Specialists (BDS) to exceed targets and maintain consistent growth.
- Collaborate with the Online Sales Director on the planning and development of sales strategies, programs, and rewards.
- Manage the recruitment process by interviewing and hiring new team members based on skill and behavioral fit.
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls to identify performance gaps and recommend necessary training or refresher programs.
- Conduct regular floor walks to ensure strict adherence to company policies, including IT, QA, and attendance guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Team Leader or supervisory role.
- Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist or sales representative.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant reporting tools.
- Experience with CRMS, Zendesk, Touch Point, Web Hosting Manager, and cPanel.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and business acumen skills.
- Strong conflict resolution capabilities.
