What you will do

• Deliver high-quality product demonstrations to prospective Public Sector clients, tailoring examples to their specific business needs.
• Act as the primary technical resource during the pre-sales phase, responding to complex product questions.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to develop customer-specific integrations between hirify.global and 3rd party software.
• Import real customer data into trial accounts to create compelling, interactive platform experiences.
• Develop and maintain sales assets and collateral, ensuring they stay up-to-date with frequent product releases.
• Mentor sales staff on product knowledge and gather customer feedback for the product marketing team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales, implementation, solutions building, or engineering.
• Deep understanding of Public Sector compliance, IT policies, and deployment models.
• Experience working with Systems Integrators for implementation and deployment scoping.
• Proven track record of working with Enterprise and Public Sector Cybersecurity teams, including ATO conversations.
• BA degree or higher.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Background in asset management.
• Experience with modern sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg).
• Previous experience in startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
• Knowledge of ERP, CMMS, or facility operations software.
• Ability to perform effectively in a remote work setting.
