What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets for conferences and digital sponsorships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and generate new business via networking and digital outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Cultivate existing client relationships while expanding the account base within assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with internal content and events teams to serve as the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, sponsorship sales, or media sales.
  • Strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated approach to a target-driven environment.
