What you will do
- Build and own high-quality pipeline via outbound activities (events, outreach, campaigns) with focus on conversion and deal progression
- Lead sales opportunities end-to-end: discovery, business case, proposals, negotiation, contract closure
- Drive consultative sales positioning full offering and linking sustainability to business value
- Maintain pipeline ownership: next steps, forecasting, CRM management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve pipeline quality and sales effectiveness
- Ensure smooth post-sales handovers
Requirements
- 3–6 years in sales or customer-facing commercial role with complex consultative sales experience
- Proven track record progressing opportunities with multiple stakeholders in longer sales cycles
- Consultative mindset connecting sustainability to business priorities
- Commercially sharp: negotiations, business cases, deal closing
- Structured and disciplined: pipeline ownership, forecasting, CRM hygiene
- Native-level English proficiency; UK market familiarity beneficial
- Communicate with presence at senior-stakeholder level
