What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and develop world-class BDR talent.
- Coach and motivate the team to overachieve on revenue and pipeline targets.
- Build development plans for each BDR and drive new processes to increase outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, and other departments.
- Utilize modern sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Embrace startup mentality to build something new.
Requirements
- Prior BDR/SDR leadership experience (1-3 years) at tech/SaaS company.
- Proven track record leading successful teams and hitting stretch goals.
- Experience building relationships between BDR teams and Marketing/Sales.
- History of over-achievement and top 10% performer in current organization.
- BA degree or higher; ability to learn product within 30 days.
- Outstanding verbal/written communication, self-starter, fast-moving.
