What you will do

• Assess partner readiness for migration from Automate to RMM
• Secure signed SOWs to initiate the migration process
• Facilitate introductions to the Modernization Manager
• Assist with Automate to RMM quote requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional communication on migration status
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance the migration process

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and partners
• Ability to work independently with general supervision
• Adaptability to new technologies and processes
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Professional presence for meetings and email interactions
• 2+ years of relevant experience; broad knowledge of job procedures and tools
